• A use case
You accept your client’s order on the internet. A few seconds later, this order can be dealt with in your office because it has been imported into your order software resp. your accounting software.
One of your field manager is on the way to his client. He already has the client’s most important informations on his PDA, he can see the complaint from the last meeting and is able to optimally prepare himself. His navigation software has already registered his address and suggest driving via the A3. He already makes notes of his work report on his MDE device at the client’s and records a swift order.
His co worker can deal with this order after a few minutes, because the PDA has synchronised with the company server via a mobile radio line. A few minutes later again, the client is surfing on your company’s website and may – after registering – see his orders including the status and the assigned associate.
