In the rescue guard the collected data can be seen on the MDE-device and be completed if necessary. Furthermore other plausibilities are possible. Of course a new arrangement of a record is also possible.

Summary
Now the data collected up to now can be processed on the data collection pc. Additionally, it is possible to try realising the data immediately after the transference to the MDE. In case of success (i.e. already in the MDE, the data have been collected in a such high quality that a further treatment is not necessary) the postprocessing can completely be cancelled and the record can, without requiring an other user intervention, be hand on the clearinghouse.
Fully automatic record release
This possibility can be switched on and off for every location by the clearinghouse. After new records were loaded by the MDE, it is tried to release all records immediately if the function is activated. If the application to all plausibilities stands firm, it can be emanated that an other treatment is not necessary anymore. The point record treatment can be cancelled in such a case.
Record treatment
All records not released on the data collection pc can be still modified by the user. In addition screen masks are available on the pc.
Record plausibility check
To store a record after a change, he must conform with the record plausibilities. Herewith mutually excluding inputs, senseless values etc. should be intercepted. The record can be stored only if it is at least reasonable and - as far as possibly - complete.
Record release
A record can be automatically released (see fully automatic record release) or by action of the user. The release records the interest to conclude the compilation of the record and to pass on the process in the subsequent treatment. In order that in the subsequent treatment place only receives "useful" records, the application is submitted once again to a control installation.
Data transfer to subsequent treatment place
After the record release (independently whether automatically or by hand) the application is covered up to the subsequent treatment place.
Update of master data of the subsequent treatment place
Should master data have changed in the subsequent treatment place (finally most master data are changeable only there), the data of the data collection pc are also updated.
