The professional bus system
We use for the communication between controls and E/A-to modules exclusively the Siemens professional bus system. Here it is possible to link many input modules and source modules one after the other. Besides, we pay attention to the fact that certain washing aggregates are fed by an adjacent module because thus it is possible to reach especially short cable ways.
Short ways / short cables
Since a module for input and output can be assigned each group of aggregates in the carwash plant , the care takes place decentralized.
The easiest fault containment
Should it come against expectation to a problem, our WashControl announces exactly what has happened, which aggregate is concerned, where it is to be found and does even - and, on this occasion, you can help - suggestions how you have to proceed.
