In the clearinghouse of the rescue service calculations are produced from the account data. On this occasion, the clearinghouse is - as far as anyhow possible - relieved of manual tasks.

The software part for the clearinghouse is the second essential component with regard to the account in the rescue service. Here the objective is the efficient organisation of work with the main focus " reduction of the manual / returning activities ".
According to desired stage of development the following options are available:
Fully automatic account
Hereby the data collected with the help of MDE-devices are converted automatically into calculations. Moreover it requires - if you might - no more user intervention: Their printer prints calculations by itself (e.g., because a colleague in the rescue guard has properly completed the application report). The system recognizes itself whether a calculation should be provided to a health insurance company, or whether it is a matter of, on this occasion, a private invoice.

Alternatively data can be post collected in the writing service or directly in the clearinghouse any time. If the records are entered and released correctly, the fully automatic calculation production and the subsequent printing is thereby possible.

Are the employees of the clearinghouse becoming unnecessary

No, unfortunately, because a certain percentage of the account cases cannot be processed automatically to the calculation. A person who is found alone without identification is also treated by the rescue service, is transported if necessary to a hospital, an application report is also made, however, without address no calculation can then occur (where to be sent?). Also the clearinghouse must also answer furthermore inquiries of their patients, a card with electronic chip could have run off etc.
